Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vloex platform, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Gofylo Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “Vloex”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Vloex is an AI governance platform that helps organizations monitor, secure, and manage enterprise AI usage. The Service includes:

• A web dashboard for AI usage visibility, policy management, and reporting
• A browser extension for real-time AI interaction capture and enforcement
• Workspace connectors for agentless shadow AI discovery (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
• APIs for event ingestion, policy evaluation, and data export

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access, roles, and permissions within their Vloex workspace. We provide role-based access control (Admin, Security Analyst, Compliance Officer, Viewer) but the assignment and oversight of roles is your responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to monitor individuals without appropriate legal basis or employee notice
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment partner, Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and compliance on our behalf.

• Subscription tiers — Starter ($49/month, up to 10 users), Team ($149/month, up to 50 users), and Pro ($8/user/month, 50+ users).
• Billing cycle — Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation — You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — Refund requests are handled by Dodo Payments in accordance with their refund policy.
• Price changes — We will provide at least 30 days notice before any pricing changes take effect.

Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key principles:

• Your data is yours — You retain all rights to the data captured by the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
• Encryption — All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256-GCM).
• Data export — You may export your data at any time in CSV or HTML format through the dashboard.
• Data deletion — Upon account termination or request, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

The Service, including all software, documentation, and branding, is owned by Gofylo Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to or generate through the Service.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

The browser extension is designed to function gracefully when the backend is unavailable — events are queued locally and transmitted when connectivity is restored.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gofylo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account through the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
